11. Week 5 stats

The results are in! Fifth week:

Weight: 88.90 kg (lost 3.35kg in total = 7.4 pounds)

BMI: 24.6 (normal)

Body fat: 18.3% (normal)

Visceral Fat: 7.5 (normal)

BP: 130/83 (better than last week)

Waist Circumference: 95.5cm (normal)

Neck circumference: 42cm (1cm less)

Resting Pulse: 52 (was 60)

Having made an effort to stay healthy with my diet but reduce my calorie consumption, I’ve seen a further 2 pounds reduction this week overall. I’ve had a busy week and trying to implement all the advice in sleep and stress we’ve been hearing about! I’m still in bed before 10pm (usually) and up for 6.15am. I have to say that I do feel awake when I’m up and that’s been a bonus when trying to go for a walk and prepare for the clients I see during the day!

There is some way to go before seeing some consistent reduction in my blood pressure overall but its a step in the right direction. Later this week, I’ll start my blog on nutrition. Initially keeping it simple and then hopefully build as the weeks progress.
