FOUNDER AND OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN

Richard graduated in Medicine from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 1999. After completing his junior doctor training in Jersey and South Wales, he became a GP Partner on the outskirts of Newport and Cardiff for ten years before moving to Leicestershire where he is now based.

He was an undergraduate Honorary Clinical Tutor and postgraduate GP Trainer for five and six years respectively. He completed his Diploma in Occupational Medicine through Manchester University and the Faculty of Occupational Medicine in 2007 and now spends the majority of his time working with companies helping to manage sickness absence.

He is also a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Annie started as a senior administrator in the corporate sector and latterly in charities. She took time out of working to concentrate on raising a family and returned to work as an operations manager for a large charity in 2015.

She joined PEMS Health in 2023 to support the expansion of vision and purpose.

ADMINISTRATOR

Kay started in Retail Management before moving to Chicago in 1993. There she worked as Operations Manager for an Asthma & Allergy Practice overseeing 5 locations, daily clinics, patient records and reception staff. Moving back to the UK in 2002 she worked for the British Medical Association in Cardiff as their Office Coordinator. In 2008 she took a step back to raise her family but has continued to work as a school administrator and also in business admin for the British Red Cross. In March 2020, her family relocated to Leicestershire and she joined PEMS Health!
