15. Week 7 stats

The results are in:

Weight: 87.60 kg (4.65kg approx 10 pounds weight loss)

BMI: 24.3 (normal)

Body fat: 18.1% (normal)

Visceral Fat: 7.5 (normal)

BP: 119/86 (stable but could be a better)

Resting Pulse: 51

I am still not quite happy with my blood pressure but I’m guessing that it may be because I took it at the start of a busy day. In many respects, it’s always difficult to know if (actually) that may be a more accurate representation of true facts!

Either way, I’m happy with the continued weight loss (2.2 pounds this week) and I am continuing to walk most days.

The one thing I must contemplate in the near future must be some more vigorous activity at least once weekly. I used to cycle a lot so maybe 30 minutes on the turbo-trainer? Maybe…

Later this week, we’ll look at different “types” of vegetarianism and you can see where you may fit (or not!).
